The SW5 Series Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches offered by Tycon Systems® are fully automatic, high-speed 5-port Ethernet switches designed to deliver up to 2A of PoE power per port, making them ideal for a variety of networking applications. These switches ensure reliable performance and efficient power delivery to connected devices.

The TP-SSW5-NC is a Universal Voltage 10/100 PoE Switch that accepts universal voltage (12-57VDC) via the wire terminal connector on the back of the switch. This model is incredibly compact, measuring only 4”x5”x1.5”, and provides up to 2A of power per port, making it versatile and easy to integrate into existing setups.

On the universal voltage models (“-NC”), the PoE output voltage equals the input voltage, allowing for universal application. The Ethernet specification supports distances up to 100m (328 feet) between the PoE switch and the remote device, ensuring reliable connectivity over long distances.

Tycon Systems® also offers a variety of power supplies to complement the SW5 Series switches, available in 60W, 120W, and 180W sizes with voltage options of 18VDC, 24VDC, and 48VDC. These power supplies provide flexibility and ensure you can find the perfect solution for your specific power requirements. Additionally, all the SW5 Series switches come with DIN Rail mounts included, allowing for convenient and secure DIN rail mounting, simplifying the installation process.
